Conversion of an existing retail unit into 26 one- and two-bedroom apartments, transforming the premises into modern residential accommodation.
19 One-Bedroom Apartments
Conversion of an existing office building into 19 one-bedroom apartments, transforming former commercial premises into modern, comfortable homes in Stockport.
Luxury HMO Refurbishment
Extension and comprehensive refurbishment of an existing property to create a high-quality House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), providing modern shared accommodation in Salford.
Community Centre Refurbishment
Comprehensive refurbishment of a community facility, including upgrades to the main hall, accessible washrooms, commercial kitchen and external entrance areas.
Bungalow Renovation – Knutsford
A comprehensive internal renovation and external upgrade of a bungalow in Knutsford. Works included new mechanical pipework and radiators, an air source heat pump, redecoration, new skirting boards, floor tiling throughout and loft boarding. Externally, extended Kandla Grey Indian sandstone paving, Ring CCTV, independently controlled soffit lighting, and new gates and fencing.
Full Property Renovation – Wallasey
A comprehensive renovation, stripping the property back to brick before installing new plaster boarding, electrical wiring and recessed spotlights throughout. Works also included a new kitchen, bathroom and en suite, refitted radiators, new internal doors and woodwork, and full redecoration.
